Recover from a ghoul’s night out and stretch before a spooky afternoon with Halloween yoga lead by Crystal Rose of Health Goth Yoga.
This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Each class will be all levels, a little funky and a little spooky with a playlist of Halloween themed songs from your favorite Goth bands including the Cure, Bauhaus and More!
You’ll stretch, sweat and surrender into a guided savasana that will leave you feeling spellbound and de-stressed.
Murder your thirst with a free can of Liquid Death after class!
