Sip Wine Bar and Kitchen

Sip Wine Bar & Kitchen offers guests the chance to “Drink – Taste – Discover”, and will be open for lunch, dinner, and offer a post theater “light menu”. The menu encourages sharing plates, and will offer a variety of: charcuterie boards, crostini, flatbreads, soups, salads, small plates (sushi bowls, skillet roasted mussels, mini arancini), large plate entrees (beef tenderloin, grass fed burger, cider brined chicken), sides, and desserts.

The idea behind the “kitchen” aspect is to offer guests a chance to take a culinary journey alongside their wine sipping, offering shareable plates and suggested pairings. There will be frequent wine and cheese tastings, Monday night “Sip and such” events that will feature a bottle of wine and three shareable plates for two (more details to be announced), and a communal dining table.
