Fiamma Bella isn't just any catering company. All of the food we make for you is cooked and baked in a portable wood burning oven on location. These ovens are custom-built from bricks, concrete, and stainless steel. They also have a prep/workstation equipped with running water. Whether a back-yard party or a local farmer's market, you will find us, our oven, and our delectable food.
Our goal and passion are the same: To produce food of the highest quality, made from local, seasonal, superb ingredients. Instead of offering a lot of mediocre choices, Fiamma Bella has an intentionally small, thoughtful menu of sweet and savory foods that our chef/owner continues to perfect. Pizza, handheld pies, bread and compound butters will be the focus.

I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where I had access to amazing, professional equipment and gadgets, yet my calling has brought me back to the basics: Fire. It is my true calling and now I get to do it for a living. Co-owner Brent Raymond has a unique and comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of our oven and how to cook with it and continues to master the art of cooking with fire."
