Welcome to Self-Portrait, Chef Tim and Bronwyn Wiechmann’s sequel to their long-standing, fine-dining classic: T.W.Food. The restaurant is a contemporary French Bistro embodying luxurious simplicity in an intimate dining room, just a few steps from Harvard Square. The new neighborhood bistro emphasizes creativity around the cornerstones of French cookery, colored with influences from Chef Tim’s background of working in Paris and travelling the world. It combines the tastes of small rustic villages with the sensibilities of a fine-dining kitchen. An updated beverage program showcases an all-French wine list and an exciting new cocktail menu. It’s a Self-Portrait of a Chef and his food, a Self-Portrait of Tim and Bronwyn’s vision of a restaurant as a modern French bistro.
