At Villari’s in Somerville Massachusetts, our main focus is the personal growth and development of each individual student. Although we do participate in a few tournaments a year, competition is not the top priority in our training.

All too often martial arts schools put their art first and try to fit the student into the art, making the benefits more of a side effect.
